I was responsible for the management of the offers platform for Ticketmaster UK. Working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to acquire, execute and promote offers on the Ticketmaster website to boost event sales. - Working closely with both the client services and marketing teams to identify events across all genres that would benefit from a promotional offer to increase event sales. Then pitching and negotiating offers with music, theatre, sports and special events clients. - Working with set up and design teams to execute offers, updating the Ticketmaster offers page using .json files and testing customer journeys. - Building solus e-mails for promotion purposes, writing copy and using Adobe Campaign to target the relevant customer segments. - Working closely with the Social Media, Marketing and Content teams to boost offer sales.- Analysing campaigns post send to see how they can be improved on/how they've performed well. - Working closely with the affiliates team to source and create bespoke offers for key partners. - Working closely with Ticketmaster Sport, TicketWeb and Universe platforms to promote offers via Ticketmaster's platforms. - Managing Ticketmaster's Black Friday and other flash sale campaigns from start to finish resulting in large incremental sales in a short space of time for high profile events. Resulting in me winning 'International Campaign of the Year 2016' at Ticketmaster's yearly award ceremony. - Improving the offers platform sales target by over 100% in my first year in the role.
