EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGY• Researched and designed predictive subtle assessments measuring SEL/Mental Health daily in the classroom for Ed Tech startup company. • Developed, maintained, and used technical applications to track progress on school performance objectives, standards compliance, and academic excellence indicators.• Improved post-secondary success rate by 20%, reaching 75% through intense analysis and disaggregation of standardized test data, identifying strengths, uncovering areas of concern, and effectively conveying data results to instructional teachers• Wrote and applied for numerous grants, receiving over $750,000 for student engagement and new technology in the classroom.
