Development of training documentation for New Mexico Department of Education open source Canvas deployment. Other roles include being contracted as the online instructional designer for an alternative fuels energy curriculum program being piloted by California State University of Chico; assisting with the development of a new online induction program for CTE and STEM instructors entering the classroom directly from industry; and conducting classroom field observations and data-analysis for digital search and object collections tools for their Smithsonian Learning Lab project.

Jodi Ausland works as a regional Career and Technical Education (CTE) coordinator with the Butte County Office of Education (California) where she helps schools and teachers align their curriculum with regional industry and job-entry skills for the 21st century. 1. Administrator for the Career Pathways Institute. The Career Pathways Project included teams of secondary teachers, post-secondary teachers and industry representatives from 27 High Schools and 16 Community Colleges across California. Each team consisted of 2 secondary teachers, 2 community college faculty and 1 industry representative representing a specific pathway. Each team developed 4 course outlines, grades 11, 12 and two College courses for their industry sectors pathway.3. CTEIG CoordinatorTechnical Assistance Provider for Region 1 of the Career Technical Education Incentive Grant. Providing schools leadership and oversight in creating highly-effective college and career ready coursework and pathways. I assisted with the development of new career technical education (CTE) programs and enhancing and maintaining current CTE programs using current workforce data and regional employment projections.4. Worked in a designing training and program leadership to assist all districts in creating pathways that include rigorous academic content balanced with work-based experiences to help students connect their overall programs of study to appropriate post-secondary option or directly to career opportunities.

Responsible for the project management of the North Far North Regional Consortium (NFNRC) through initiatives from the Governor and California Community College Chancellor's Office. The mission of the North Far North Regional Consortium is to enhance the development of Career Technical Education, Leadership and Economic Development. NFNRC provides an avenue for coordinating regional programs, increasing collaborative responses to state and regional needs, and serving as a primary link between 15 Community Colleges in the NFN Region, Economic and Workforce Development. The North / Far North Regional Consortium is one of seven consortia established by the Chancellor's Office of the California Community Colleges through competitive grant. The NFNRC includes 15 member colleges, geographically from Sacramento to the south, the Oregon border to the north, the Pacific Ocean to the west, and the Nevada state line to the east.

Support Specialist assisting teachers at Curriculum Institutes with curriculum development and technical support for CTE Online. CTE Online is California's online community of practice for all STEM/CTE educators looking to create and share models of effective practice via integrated project and lesson plans and open educational resources. My responsibilities included all curriculum review, training development and implementation with statewide teams of educators, and creation of digital professional development content and resources to support the teams in both their face to face and online training sequences.

Worked as a critical care flight nurse on both rotor-wing and fixed-wing aircraft treating and transporting patients from scene calls to local trauma facilities and as inter-facility transport. Provided education and training across multiple bases, developed protocol for on-boarding of new staff, and served as a base crew-chief.

Direct oversight of all aspects of the Emergency Department; including supervision of 55 staff members.
