Hi, I'm Jodi Harris, the CEO of FUN at Sight & Sound Events based in Las Vegas, Nevada. With over 30 years in the event planning and entertainment industry, I specialize in creating fun events for fun people. As an award-winning event producer and DJ, I've had the pleasure of planning and producing over 300 events annually, ranging from weddings and corporate events to business networking and social gatherings.My journey in the entertainment world began in television production, where I honed my skills LIVE television, while creating engaging and memorable content. This background has given me a unique perspective on event planning, allowing me to bring a high level of creativity and professionalism to every project.My passion for the hospitality industry has earned me 12 national NACE (National Association of Catering & Events) awards, recognizing my dedication and excellence in event planning. At Sight & Sound Events, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional services that cater to our clients' unique needs, ensuring every event is a memorable success.In addition to my role as CEO, I manage the daily operations, profit and loss, staff training and development, marketing strategy development, client consultations, customized program development, staff performance evaluation, and client relations. I also handle a variety of special projects, ensuring our services remain top-notch and innovative.I am also the social media manager and membership chair for the National Association of Catering & Events (NACE) Las Vegas chapter and on my birthday I will launch my podcast, 'Making Amazing Sh*t Happen,' aimed at inspiring and educating business professionals and entrepreneurs. My goal is to become an educator in the field of hospitality and events, sharing my knowledge and experience at conferences and through public speaking engagements.Beyond my professional life, I am a member of the WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment) universe and love to travel. My dream is to be the DJ for when doors open at Wrestlemania 41 at Allegiant Stadium April 19 and 20th because what's a WWE Wrestlemania without the "CEO of FUN".
