I am a Life and Career Transition Coach and Consultant that is known for the genuine care I extend to each client. Starting from a young age, I have always been drawn to support others in getting the most out of their experiences in life. It is my belief that we always face choices in our lives and so why would we not choose what brings us the greatest levels of satisfaction, whether that be in our work or personal relationships. I leverage this approach in how I coach my clientele. People come to me in the midst of an upheaval with a career transition or divorce/relationship change and my goal is help them find the opportunity in their situation. We work together to uncover the beauty that lies ahead and determine a strategy that will allow them to reach their goals. My career started with 15 years in Leadership Development, Human Resource Management and Talent Management roles across diverse industries and roles. I evolved into coaching over the last 10+ years as I pursued the education and credentialing as a Professional Certified Coach under the International Coach Federation and have worked with 500+ clients.For my Career Transition clients, we begin with career goal assessment coaching where I help people assess their current situation and direction, often using DISC, The Birkman Method, the Enneagram and other tools. We take this roadmap to create a compass made of custom personal branding/marketing materials that will help them discover their chosen path. I then coach clients down that path, consulting around the proper and most effective ways to avoid the roadblocks that can detour them. I offer critique of a client's full scope of job search strategies and tactics and am known for my motivational coaching that will ultimately lead a client to their final destination.For my divorce and other Life Transition clients, I use a similar approach starting with a personal assessment also identifying goals and direction. I support my clients as they determine their priorities and resulting action plans.
