In my time as a short term TA, I assisted Alchemy staff in transitioning a fully in person program to a fully online program due to the Covid 19 pandemic.

Alchemy Code Lab is over 800 hours of rigorous MERN-stack professional training focusing both on clean code and team-building, individual problem solving, and TDD testing.This three part program focuses on, respectively, a deep dive into vanilla JavaScript, SPA app development and RESTful APIs, and full-stack React apps with MongoDB + Mongoose.

I managed the entire individual gift pipeline from ask to acknowledgement. This includes recruiting peer to peer fundraisers for events, soliciting potential donors identified as prospects, and creating interesting and creative ways to thank our supporters. Additionally, I manage the majority of the office public communications including our website, social media, and newsletter.Highlights- launched a new peer to peer fundraiser raising over $100,000 in its first year- successful application to the Willamette Week's Give!Guide following multiple years of rejection

When I started at Rose City Rollers, the organization had no development program and lacked a clear vision of itself as a philanthropy. Over my time with the league, I created a development plan, grant program, sustaining member program, and helped develop the league's sense of itself as a non profit. In January of 2017, my job expanded to include Marketing Manager. In that capacity, I managed multiple marketing execution teams and created unique content for various channels.Highlights:- increased individual donor fundraising dollars by over 100% from 2014 to 2015- increased special event income by 92% from 2015 to 2017- increased foundation funding from $2.500 to $13,000 in one year.
