CurrentJodi Kulek Mayer is a 20 plus year IT Staffing Veteran and founder of Clearmont Technologies, a WBENC-Certified Women's Business Enterprise. After working for staffing companies where rigid corporate policies were more important than both clients and candidates, she founded Clearmont Technologies to put PEOPLE first. With a focus on understanding client needs and a candidate’s professional and personal goals, the right, long-term matches can be made. Flexible arrangements and creative solutions are the norm, not the exception. Jodi’s focus on people has evolved into a vast and loyal network since her start in the field in 1992. Clients turn to her due to her years of innovative solutions to a host of issues. While many IT specialists let Jodi know when they are ready to look for a new role. Both contact her because she gives feedback, returns calls and is an active partner and counselor through the entire process. Over the years she has placed hundreds of IT people as both employees and consultants at companies in the insurance, financial, consumer product, non-profit and e-commerce industries. Many of Jodi’s clients have worked with her since the beginning of her career. Many have been candidates she placed that later became clients.
