Jodi Johnson advises businesses in the areas of labor and employment, real estate, and corporate law. Jodi's employment law experience includes advising clients and litigating in the areas of discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, non-compete/solicitation agreements, harassment, social media policies, drug testing, workplace violence, and executive compensation. She counsels and advises private and public sector employers on labor and employment law matters, including hiring and termination decisions, leave and accommodation requests, employment contract issues, employee handbooks, wage and hour compliance and leave policies.Jodi advises doctors, therapists and other professionals with employment and licensing board matters.In her real estate practice, Jodi counsels clients on acquisitions and dispositions, development, condominium conversions, leasing, financing, and dispute resolution. She has done substantial lease work on behalf of her clients including a recent build to suit 250,000 square foot office lease. She has also been involved in several significant acquisitions and dispositions on behalf of owners and developers.Jodi also serves as outside general counsel to several of her clients providing general corporate law counsel and advice.
