From there, I work with clients to make life-affirming choices as they close the gap between where they are now and where they want to be, with a goal to create a life that both reflects and inspires the person living it.I am a Certified Coach Practitioner with a background in Psychology, Philosophy, Sociology, Gender, Sexuality & Women’s Studies, strongly focused on post-colonialism, critically understanding systems of oppression, decentralizing dominant cultures, and community and personal empowerment. Simultaneously, my own lived experience and personal evolution journey brought me into contact with hundreds of approaches, methodologies, and resources, many of which deeply inform my work. While my personal and professional experience figure significantly in my work with clients, it is largely an intuitive, co-creative process, client led and centred. We each hold the answers we seek within ourselves, and we are uniquely qualified to create lives that bring us the most meaning and purpose, happiness, and fulfilment.
