Maintain and manage Amplify’s Operations Microsoft email inbox which includes technology, access, and general requests from all levels of staff (30 permanent staff and 10-20 contractors). Ensure quality of data within NetSuite specifically around time entry, customers, vendors, and business affiliates. Produce high quality documentation and perform training to our internal team members. Research and apply for government grants and bursaries. Manage business partner relationships with technology applications, information services, insurance, and compliance.
