I managed the Anexa brand across all channels, including social media, digital platforms, print materials, and events. Working alongside the Leadership team, I created and executed strategic marketing plans that drove engagement and growth. My role involved producing engaging content and ensuring accuracy through close collaboration with veterinarians. I led the execution of marketing strategies, manage day-to-day activations, and navigated business changes effectively. Additionally, I designed promotional materials, supported brand identity through graphic design, and collaborated with teammates to organise successful events. My focus was on digital and content marketing, emphasising organic growth and engagement. I utilised my problem-solving abilities, effective communication, and collaborative approach to achieve high-quality results aligned with business objectives. My comprehensive skill set allowed me to adapt to changing circumstances and contribute to the Anexa Veterinary Services success and growth.

ResponsibilitiesI supported the People, Performance, and Culture Manager, who oversaw marketing activities at Anexa. I created, developed and implemented design and marketing requirements from conception to fruition, including:- Logo design and development, Branding system and guide- Printed materials: stationery, forms, animal health calendars, protocols and flow charts, product catalogues, annual reports, magazines, how-to instruction sheets, information brochures, newsletters, press advertisements, posters and point-of-sale, promotional items & uniforms, billboards and clinic signage, product packaging, campaign posters- Information graphics, including scientific diagrams and infographics- Photography: plan and direct photoshoots to align with brand and veterinary best practices, take photographs to tell a story visually to enhance written communication- Event planning, promotion, handouts, invites and table pieces - Liaised with a web company to keep the website relevant and current and uploaded blog content.AchievementsSuccessfully developed and implemented logo and brand element changes as the practice moved from Anexa Animal Health to Anexa FVC and, finally, Anexa Veterinary Services. Ensured the look and feel of the brand remained familiar to clients and the wider community throughout the transition. Designed and refreshed brand standards and assets as required.

At Ultimate Design, I designed a wide range of print marketing materials, such as stationery, company profiles, yearbooks, brochures, advertisements, and billboards. I managed the production process and feedback loops to maintain high-quality standards. My responsibilities included ensuring that packaging met all food regulation requirements and labelling standards. I have extensive knowledge of brand identity systems, corporate design, typesetting, layout practices, and printing processes. I collaborated with prominent clients like Dexcel (now DairyNZ), Waikato University, the School of Education, St Paul's Collegiate, Southwell School, and Animal Health Centre (now Anexa Veterinary Services). Additionally, I supported senior designers, contributing to successful project outcomes.
