With in the Wisconsin Rapids School District (WRPS) I have worked at Lincoln High School (LHS) primarily children with severe intellectual disabilities. I have also worked at our middle school, WRAMS (Wisconsin Rapids Area Middle School working with intellectual disabilities. By helping these students meet educational, academic, life skills, behavioral, physical, social, emotional, and developmental goals allowed these children to learn to live and do things as independently as they could. It was rewarding for them as for our teachers and assistants. We spent much time implementing the individuals' behavior management plans. With our more severe students, we provide personal care; physical needs, bath rooming, hygiene, movement, etc

(Account as in United Airlines, Viking River Cruises, and other Travel Companies)*Designated ‘compliance coordinator’ of our Underwriter team to ensure marketing and external customer products were held to compliance standards by submitting them and moving them through the appropriate channels of the business. *Handled the approval on a lower level due to their trust in my experience.

As a representative in Travel Guard's World Service Center, I had direct contact with travelers around the world. Being available 24/7 we assist travelers encountering travel disasters, interruptions, and medical emergencies. Even providing help with travel planning / concierge. While primarily focusing on insurance coverage interpretation, terminology and claims support for our travelers. And if time was available, I created and organized various projects assisting executives with employee recognition. In October 2010, Management allowed me to attend courses and become a licensed Producer in Casualty, Property, Accident and Health Insurance lines.After a fulfilling 2 years on the front lines, I made the decision to take a role behind the scenes and became a member of Travel Guard's Underwriting Department.

I started with Noel Group as a Telephone Claims Specialist, receiving incoming calls assisting customers with their insurance claims. I held multiple jobs related to Mobile Communication Insurance Support. When advancing within the Signal Department, I accepted positions assisting Leadership with their workload, conducted internal customer service, Workforce Management, and lastly becoming a trainer for new hires. In 2010, I departed the Signal and became a member of Noel Group's former core business, Travel Guard. Travel Guard became a part of AIG in 2006.
