Experienced attorney with over 25 years of trial, management, and litigation experience in Massachusetts. I have also held a variety of leadership roles in legal and civic organizations, including committee chair and board positions at the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, the Massachusetts Bar Association, The Council for Women of Boston College, and The British International School of Boston P.A. I have taught/ guest lectured at both legal education venues and secondary educational institutions.From 1992 until February, 2013, I was a trial attorney at SUGARMAN, one of the oldest plaintiff oriented litigation firms in Massachusetts. I represented victims in sexual assault, discrimination, and all types of personal injury and loss, as well as other litigation matters. While at SUGARMAN I held several leadership positions, including Shareholder, Compensation Committee member, Managing Partner, and Hiring Coordinator.In February of 2013, I resigned from SUGARMAN and began my own private practice providing legal advice and guidance in personal injury, medical malpractice, family and probate matters. I also engage in volunteer and teaching appointments in the legal, health and educational fields.
