As channel manager for STORServer, I oversee sales throughout the Northern United States and Canada, working out of my home in Morgan, Utah. I am responsible for lead generation, building relationships with industry leading resellers and working closely with customers and partners to close deals and ensure their data backup needs are met. My other duties include presenting STORServer’s line of data backup appliances, software and services to VARs and customers. STORServer, Inc. is a leading provider of data backup solutions for the mid-market, offering a complete suite of appliances, software and services that solve today’s backup, archive and disaster recovery challenges. The pioneer in turnkey backup appliances, we continue to provide the caliber of support that defines customer service. Our Enterprise Backup Appliance was ranked No. 1 in the world by analyst firm DCIG.Prior to being named channel manager, I handled marketing and partner care and recruitment for STORServer. In marketing, I worked closely with partners to organize events, such as luncheons, ad hoc events and webinars, to increase sales. I was also responsible for email creative design, assisting with distribution list coordination and partner communications. During my time in partner care, I worked with partners to collect feedback and provide product knowledge through webinars and personal trainings of the STORServer partner portal. In partner recruitment, I pursued new partner relationships through channel sales, focusing on education of the STORServer product line. I also worked in telesales, developing relationships with prospective customers to generate leads for the sales team.

CUSTOMS Info helps businesses optimize Global Trade Management (GTM) systems and streamline global trade automation. As corporate trainer of software product subscription, I worked closely with customers in the trade industry to educate and instruct them on how to use CUSTOMS Info effectively. I was responsible for scheduling training sessions several times per day and week with our customers who were new to the product or needed a refresher on the updated versions of the software.

International Trade Today is a trusted resource for trade and custom professionals who need up to date information in changes to trade regulations. As a sales representative for the International Trade Today publication, I was in charge of renewing and selling new software subscriptions to professionals in compliance as well as companies who import their products.
