Jodi's Voice - formerly www.metroimma.com - is a platform for advocacy, opinion, and building connections. It is a multi-faceted expression of my mission to make a lasting impact on the world, whether it be supporting women's networking events, advocating for inclusion and the special needs community, or not shying away from sharing her view on current topics and ancient wisdom with a purpose. -Keynote Speaker-Workshops -Articles/Blog-EventsMy book, "Chutzpah, Wisdom, and Wine: Journey of an Unstoppable Woman" opened the door to invitations from around the world (12 countries and counting) to be featured as Keynote Speaker, and give workshops to varying audiences on topics including challenging mindsets, leadership, disability inclusion, Israel, and finding purpose.

I founded Jewish International Connection in 2000 in order to create a Jewish home away from home for Jewish ex-pats living in New York City. Besides maintaining a leadership position in the organization for over 20 years, my involvement in JIC has included community-building, creating professional and personal networking initiatives, leadership coaching, event planning and running, contributing my time as a Keynote speaker, and fundraising. I have always given my time to JIC purely in a volunteer capacity, putting in the time and leg-work to run more than 300 events a year in New York City, Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, and Miami.JIC expanded operations to Israel in 2015 and has grown to 15,000 members that come from more than 40 countries around the world.

I created metroimma.com as an online network for Jewish mothers in the pre-social media era. At its peak, metroimma was hosting a range of women's events, from small-scale gatherings all the way through huge sponsored events. With time and time spent on Keynote speaking engagements, publishing opportunities, and disability advocacy, and with the prevalence of mainstream social media, I decided to drop the social networking aspect but retain its core values - and metroimma.com evolved into Jodi's Voice.
