I also have software to paginate documents and mark exhibits.From a soft-skill perspective I am detail-oriented, therefore I am an additional resource for each team I work with. I have helped litigation teams clean up and clarify their opening and closing presentations on PowerPoint. When looking over each witness outline I let the attorney know of any discrepancies or inaccuracies when it comes to exhibits or pages. I do the same with video impeachment clips and video depositions. Attorneys have appreciated this as I help them to catch inaccuracies and fix them before presenting their case.
