I raced around the world on the cast of The Amazing Race in 2009. After that, I was asked to join the casting department for CBS. I cast Survivor, and The Amazing Race, traveled with the cast, worked live finales, and spent 11 years in the television world. During COVID-19, I started my casting business to help applicants make videos, interview, and get cast on their favorite shows and I sold it May 2024. I discovered I enjoyed coaching and helping people be their best, which led me to 2Win Global. I started my career as a facilitator teaching Demo2Win to our many participants who make their living giving demonstrations. From there, I was asked to join the sales team and I love my role as a Business Development Executive while continuing to facilitate classes. At 2Win! Global we help our clients maximize the effectiveness of client engagements by providing them with innovative techniques based on science and research. Our structure and approach help our clients assess the needs of their prospects in discovery, product demonstrations, sales presentations, and client success/post-sales activities.I firmly believe that hard work and good intentions are always rewarded. I’m at my best while building authentic relationships that are truly symbiotic. I believe that truth and transparency are the most effective tools in a salesperson's tool belt, and ultimately fast-track the end goal of building trust. I feel most accomplished when clients achieve their goals, knowing that we played a role (big or small) in helping them succeed. I'm passionate about adventure, and trying new things. I am always working towards being the best version of myself. I’m a true optimist, a connoisseur of sunny days and beach volleyball. I'm living in paradise for my sport and am constantly trying to keep sand off my floors and out of my car. I have a daughter who is getting her PhD in experimental psychology working with animals and I have a rescue dog named Shadow and I'm crazy about him. Shadow has become quite the beach dog, a big change from the streets of Tijuana where he was found. I travel as much as possible and love seeing the world, being immersed in other cultures, and especially eating delicious local food.
