I guess you can say it’s in my blood since my parents owned a successful recruiting firm in New York City. I help candidates create and fine tune their resumes so they can walk into an interview with the confidence they need to get the job. I've been told that it's rare to find the "one-on-one" candidate/recruiter relationship these days but I make it my priority. My clients know they can rely on me to locate and identify "hard to find" talented candidates and know I take extreme measures to thoroughly screen and vet my candidates.
