Served as the onsite leadership liaison for HR recruitment at a flagship academic medical center with 8,000+ employees. Coached, mentored, and advised a team of 31 recruiters and administrative staff while also providing guidance to 300+ managers on HR and recruitment concerns. Developed human resources recruiting policies and processes for a 20,000-employee, 12-hospital medical system. Audited and negotiated contracts and service agreements with human resources vendors, ensuring mutuality in the relationship. Served as acting Director of Talent Acquisition as required.
