My journey took a significant turn when I transitioned into the cleaning industry, driven by a passion for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. Today, as the Founder and CEO of PowerX3 Cleaning Solutions, I’m proud to lead a women-owned, family-run business that is redefining what it means to be clean in both residential and commercial spaces.PowerX3 started as a humble endeavor without a concrete plan, and like many businesses, we faced tremendous challenges during COVID-19, losing almost everything. This experience taught me the importance of setting goals—not just for business growth, but for personal, family, employee, financial, and educational gains. It was through this resilience that we rebuilt our company, expanding our services and expertise.In addition to running PowerX3, I am Cleaning Industry Advocate. I serve as a State Advocacy Leader for Pennsylvania through the ISSA, where I work closely with local government officials to promote higher standards of cleanliness across various industries. My role also includes educating others on the critical importance of cleaning standards in the post-COVID.I believe in continuous learning and collaboration. My participation in various industry committees, including government affairs and educational programs, allows me to stay at the forefront of industry trends and contribute to shaping the future of cleaning standards. I have gained that networking was key to finding individuals that support each other, my OG’s from @Cleaning&Cocktails and my CBF family.Whether it’s expanding into contract management services or advocating for the industry on a national level, I am committed to making a positive impact. I am excited about the future of PowerX3 and look forward to connecting with others who share a passion for excellence and innovation in the cleaning industry.
