Current ‘Key Account Manager’ responsible for keeping and protecting the safety of our customers’ and business’ online gaming experience. My role is to build, maintain and strengthen relationships with customers whilst identifying and understanding our customer’s Source of Funds/Wealth; Along with identifying potential Affordability & Responsible gambling concerns and/or considerations in order to ensure that revenue received, is from a legitimate & reputable source as well as to eliminate any prospect of Money Laundering/Fraud concerns within our space and business.I have over 7 years experience in the Online Gaming Industry with sufficient knowledge on industry law and regulations; This includes but is not limited to various roles from Customer Service, Social Media, Risk, Managerial and currently AML [Anti Money Laundering] space which has afforded me a wealth of expertise and experience that would benefit any business.
