Sold business in April of 2018 as a strategic sale to a local competitor.

Responsible for driving continuous improvement by developing Key Performance Indicators, tracking and reporting on performance daily, and driving an Action Planning process where everyone is held accountable to addressing variances from targeted performance levels daily.

Responsible for managing multiple concurrent continuous improvement consulting engagements with a dedicated staff of 4 consultants in the US Pacific Northwest. Engagements were a year in length, generated average annual impacts of $4.2M, and focused on managing to Key Performance Indicators and taking action.
