At Taking Root Counseling, we seek to walk with others as they live a deeply rooted life, a life where hope and healing are possible.As an individual professional counselor, my experience includes working with issues related to trauma and abuse, anxiety, depression, relationships, spirituality, and grief. While using evidenced-based treatments, I strive to inspire others by reminding them of God's infinite grace and love. I believe the unique relationship between client and counselor is a major factor in the healing process of the whole person: mind, body, and spirit.
