About Jody Lanza-Gregory

As a doctoral student in school psychology at the University of South Carolina, I am interested in how pediatric neuropsychological and psychoeducational assessment can help students to thrive in academic settings. I have always loved school and learning, but for many neurodiverse children, school is a challenging environment that does not recognize their many strengths. I believe in using the assessment process to help students understand their strengths and vulnerabilities to feel empowered in their school communities. As a member of the Youth Empowerment in Schools and Systems and Applied Cognitive Neuroscience Labs at UofSC, my research focuses on evaluating the constructs of academic assessments and examining how assessments are used in school settings to support neurodiverse learners.

Listed skills include Public Speaking, Twitter, Microsoft Office, Photoshop, and 4 others.
