Responsibilities & Tasks:- Plan, prioritize and delegate work task to ensure proper functioning of the department- Ensure the necessary resources and tool are available for quality Customer Service delivery- Review Customer complaints- Track Customer complaint resolution- Handle complex and escalated Customer Service issues - Monitor accuracy of reporting and data base information- Analyze relevant data to determine Customer Service outputs- Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service, productivity and profitabililty- Liaise with company management to support and implement growth strategies- Co-ordinate and manage Customer Service projects and initiatives- Ensure budget requirements are met- Process all customer stock orders in a timely manner- Logging/tracking daily stock orders - Manage flow of stock orders to warehouse (pickers)- Ensure best possible fill rate for customers placing stock orders, using alternate parts, special order or back order- Ensure correct billing terms and/or discount/rebates are included on invoice- Manage off setting orders and returns for end of season incentives- Communicate “Out of Stocks” to purchasing department- Communicate order related issues to Sales Department- Communicate shipping discrepancies to Warehouse Manager- Manage customer back orders- Upselling- Create packing slips and invoices for outbound shipments- Record fill rate by piece count at time of invoice- Process Shipping discrepancies- Provide order receipt and shipment confirmations to customers- Provide customers with ETA’s for out of stock parts- Record daily sales- Prepare International and custom shipping documents- Trouble shooting, problem solving and sales support
