Perform multiphase cement jobs in compliance with RR Commission and New Mexico compliance in two and three string wells.

Supervise drilling operations in North TX Panhandle while drilling lateral wells. Manage logistics, cost budget, drilling performance, well control, OSHA safety policies and procedures, develop intense safety culture on location, calculate and maintain proper hydraulics while monitoring down hole conditions while drilling, and drilling time performance. Monitor and identify issues, discuss and execute operations with drilling engineers while monitoring rig crew performance.

Regional Rep in the TX, OK, and NM territory. Monitor cost evaluation and performance of the region through Rep Channel Sales. Identify new market in Upstream applications and report opportunities to the companies total regional managers. Monitor financial movements within given territory and address open PO for quarterly performances. Update channel with new products assist in technical issues and corrections on site locations while sustaining control on Cost of Revenue within the territory. Perform budget analysis and growth rate annually and ensure compliance. Work with engineering aspects of sales from intro to PO for nuclear density gauges, level detection automation, pressure gauges, and site relay equipment.

Fluent and trained in invert and non-invert drilling fluids, brines & reclamations, down hole hydraulics, well control, hydrates, and synthetic fluids. Hold two patents through Halliburton in drilling fluids through R&D Research, ISO trained, 5 years offshore experience on TLP, Sub Floaters, and Inland Barges in the GOM. Trained in Solids Control set up, operations, and maintenance. Land experience in underbalanced, workover, vertical, and lateral drilling applications. Fluent in standard and metric measurements. Perform sales presentation for alternative PSL on location and in corporate setting. Trained in Technical Sales, Technical writing, cost control, budgeting, logistics, time management, and working alone with minimal communications.
