Assist in developing the on-boarding process and guide employees as they join the MEP team for nine locations. Identify HR processes that need improving; along with processes that need to be created for business continuum. Serve as a communication liaison between Saint Lukes and MEP. Manage all aspects of physician credentialing to maintain their license requirements.

Identified important HR processes that were not documented and was able to put them into place; along with writing new job descriptions, creating an organizational chart and continued to look for opportunities to improve business process. Conducted an employee survey to determine individual's strengths, and needs in the workplace. Created initiatives behind each challenge identified and created goals to overcome them. Implemented meetings with a goal and purpose for each meeting created. Put innovative trainings into place; along with adding company socials to promote a positive team environment.Led communication activities to promote teamwork at a sales meeting in Oklahoma City and then asked to close out the three day event. Customized and co-facilitated HR centered trainings for the City of Lenexa managers and the Lenexa Fire Department's leaders to support the city's culture, values and mission. Coached all training attendees to application and success of training initiatives. Built numerous quality relationships that I still cherish today. Negotiated and created contracts for business agreements. Worked with SHRM chapters across the nation, Sales Force CRM, Pipeline, and used all Google applications; along with “Zoom” online meeting platform.
