Schedule earthwork,pipework,hardscape crews,or other self-performed work and coordinate field crews through directives given to foreman. Plan and schedule all the requirements to control labor,equipment and material costs.Responsible for the timely completion of assigned operations and stay within the budget to complete a successful project. Experience working with unit cost projects and lump sum projects both private and public sectors. I have 20 years of field experience.Responsibilities including but not limited to: Become familiar with plans,specifications,site, and inspection procedures. Work with owners, owner's rep, engineers, architect and subcontractors to resolve any conflicts that may arise. Oversee field personnel, daily/weekly schedules, and construction operations. Communicate, implement and enforce company safety policy as it pertains to assigned projects. Schedule and supervise all subcontractors and deliveries as needed as to not adversely impact project schedule. Attend job progress meetings and/or any scheduling or coordinating meetings. Attend walk through at job completion to establish punch list. Execute punch list in a timely manner and close out field office and projects as necessary.
