WHAT I OFFER: I am the one that people come to when the **** hits the fan. I am unflappable in a crisis, a great legal strategist and a strong communicator. REASON TO BELIEVE: As Deputy General Counsel, I led multi-faceted teams through it all—white collar criminal investigations, SEC investigations, NHTSA investigations, massive class actions, large product recalls, and attacks on my company’s brand. When a new client walks in the door, I quickly get up to speed on their operations, challenges and, most importantly, their objectives. A “win” can be defined in many different ways, including winning a court case, avoiding a court case, keeping a troubled supplier afloat or moving on to a new supplier, updating a compliance program or changing the rules. WHERE I ADD VALUE: I analyze future opportunities and trends, as well as solve current legal issues. Many industries will change as a result of the COVID-19 crisis. I look for creative distribution strategies, infrastructure enhancement opportunities and identify priorities to improve current and proposed legislation/policy to help companies adapt to future conditions.
