Seasonal store experience gained while operating the Lynnhaven Pop-Up (July 2019 - February 2020).

Lead FY21 OptimizationFY21 Regional Ambassador Onboarding LeadWorked collaboratively with local agile store to continue to drive brand presence in the Hampton Roads area.

Co-designed and implemented our New Store Opening (NSO) community strategy. This included collaborating with over 25 vendors and facilitating multiple events that engaged with +200 guests. Owned and fostered our in store ambassador program from August 2017 - May 2019. Ambassadors during this time were selected to attend Summit 2018 and as a Pace Beaver for SeaWheeze 2019. Organized and implemented trainings for 7 different Ambassadors, and 2 separate rounds of EIT. Responsible for generating and enrolling our team in our Black Friday strategy for 2018.

Facilitated and executed a regional community event for our Sweat Collective held at the San Diego Padres Stadium. Responsible for all communication with the Padres organization, as well as between all of our Greater San Diego stores to ensure the event was a success. This event had +400 guests in attendance. 
Chosen to hold both SIL and SBL roles simultaneously during the 2017 holiday season. Generalist with mastery of inventory, community, and operational pillars.

Began with lululemon as a seasonal educator and was recognized as a key player during Holiday 2015. Focused on creating exceptional guest experience, mastering inventory operations, and building community connections. Promoted from seasonal, to part-time, to full-time educator within a 3 month window.

The Mineral Titles office oversees and administers all acquisition and maintenance of mineral, placer, and coal rights within the Province of British Columbia, Canada. The office is responsible for maintaining records and spatial data (such as maps) that convey the status of land within the Province. This includes what is available for acquisition, as well as the status of titles acquired. While employed as a GIS and Research Technician, various responsibilities included: - Completion of multiple GIS projects. These included identifying regions for proposed land reserves for both the Director and Chief Gold Commissioner.- Drafted professional documents, including briefing notes. These documents served to deliver content for aiding in the process of legal decision-making.- Resourceful in regards to discovering how to operate and navigate various software programs including Oracle SQL Developer.- Utilized computer programs such as Microsoft Office, ArcGIS, Adobe - Created web pages and edited html code for the Mineral Titles government website ensuring up-to-date information was available for clientele. Human Resources and Skills Development Canada (HRSDC) was the division of Service Canada that I was previously employed with. A department of the Government of Canada, HRSDC oversees the development, management, and overall delivery of social programs and services. During my co-operative work placement, various responsibilities included: - Assist the leadership team with HR and Operational Planning- Design and implementation of cultural workshop series targeted to HRSDC employees- Ability to demonstrate knowledge regarding various services offered by HRSDC and ability to convey this knowledge to the public.
