I have worked in healthcare for 9 years when I started in the care industry I worked in a nursing home I was there a year before getting promoted to senior carer. I stayed there for 2 years then I went onto trying homecare which again there I was a senior carer I stayed in homecare for about 2 and a half years I have now gone back into working in a nursing home where I'm currently a team leader and I am part way through studying my level 5 in healthcare I also have my level 2 and 3. I'm very fast learning and have good organisation skills and I'm good at time managing, I enjoy supporting staff members and helping solve problems in the job I'm in now I have a lot of responsibility and I'm also medication trained
