I Co - Manage 24 retail restaurants at UBC including 7 different franchises (3 Tim Horton's, 3 Starbucks, Triple O, Booster Juice, Subway, 2 Pacific Poke, Bento Sushi). I am responsible for 250+ supervisors, chefs, cashiers and cooks and close to $20 Million in sales. I am responsible for all renovations and new store openings within the retail portfolio. Since I started at UBC I have opened 12 new restaurants from concept thru building to open. I have also renovated numerous locations . My responsibilities also include working daily with the UBC Director of Food Services, the Associate Directors and the UBC Director of Culinary. I have project management experience working wit UBC properties trust as well as UBC project services. I manage all of aspects of the business from building budgets, training all the way to supporting of the day to day operations.

All aspects of managing a 450 seat bar and restaurant and 150 seat banquet area.

Abbotsford Hospital

Head Chef and retail manager during construction and opening of the hospital. I hired the staff for the hospital opening and helped to open the Hospital and Cancer Center patient and retail kitchens. I was responsible for day to day food service operations of the retail and patient kitchens.

Manage the day to day operations of a high volume quick service restaurant. Responsible for training of new general managers and I was responsible for weekly reviewing of PNL and inventory for 22 locations. I worked in 5 different Wendy's locations that were under performing and helped to train and hire the staff to execute operations to Wendy's standards.

Head chef of a 200 seat restaurant, bar and banquet facility. While I was at 1066 I developed new kitchen, banquet and bar menus and helped to streamline labor and food costs within the restaurant

Metrotown

Managed a kitchen staff of 60 with volumes of over $1 million per month and $4000 hourly food sales. I was responsible for all cook training, ordering, sales reporting, scheduling and inventory. I also worked with the executive chef on daily and weekly features.

I worked within 5 different Cactus locations as a trainer and coach. I also worked in the menu development kitchen with the corporate chef on new menu ideas and innovations.
