    I was the Project Coordinator for five different sales areas in Minnesota. I had seven carpentry and two concrete crews that I scheduled work for. Before a schedule was created for a project I verified that the project was priced out correctly and created a budget. Next a schedule consisting of all the activities that will need to be completed in order for the project to be finished on time was created. This schedule also included delivery dates of material and the activities of sub-contractors on the project. I facilitated pre-construction; construction; and in-house planning meetings with engineering; purchasing; production; and shipping departments to keep a project on schedule. During the construction of the project I was the crew leader’s contact when they had shortages, damaged material, or changes at the site, which I then executed a change order to the customer. Weekly I monitored that the project was staying on or under budget by calculating and analyzing all the costs. Once the salesperson had sold the project I became their customer’s liaison. I communicated with them about drawing dates, permit approval, site preparation, delivery dates, construction start dates, and the installation date of their overhead doors. After their project was completed, I was their contact for warranty work. Daily I conversed with the crew leader’s Construction Supervisor about progress of current projects and status of upcoming projects. I also worked with hiring and scheduling sub-contractors. To them I submitted bid drawings; negotiated contract sums; and issued contracts. Along with that I performed invoice review and approval.
