SDHHS tries to host a youth event at least once a year somewhere in Saskatchewan and then we also try to help youth attend other events in various provinces if/when possible.Also, I tend to various social media for the organization and write/apply to a number of grants for many programs, projects, and various activities and/or events at SDHHS. When I first started at SDHHS, I worked as a Program Support Worker which allowed me to learn all about the organization and its programs at SDHHS. I worked as Administrative support, as a CSW support, as VC support, and contributed to our fundraising efforts by applying to grants and canvassing for prizes, and then helped to facilitate events and activities. Gradually I started planning and facilitating youth events for DHH youth living across Saskatchewan.

As an E.A. at P.S.S.D. I subbed for numerous E.A.'s in the school division and helped to support students and staff members in the schools I subbed in. I also accepted a 3-month contract to cover for a medical leave at one point, and then continued to sub after that was finished.
