Covering mental, physical and financial health we will create a proposition which is appropriate, engaging and effective for your workforce. We are independent without ties to providers so are able to review the whole market to create something which marries up with your business principles and delivers for your employees.I am an experienced and respected financial services specialist who, over a period of more than 30 years, has advised at board and C-suite level. I have led numerous liquidity events including IPO's, mergers & acquisitions and have played an intrinsic part in the development of several well known business' and a wide range of UK SME's and mid-sized companies.I am financially astute and commercially minded and have built my career based on a deep level of trust across an extensive contact base within financial services, family business', professional advisers, sport and individuals.Away from the office I spend as much time as possible with my wife and family, often in or near water, surfing (trying!) in N. Cornwall, walking the dogs or just switching off. I am a keen sportsman and have played hockey for Barnes HC, the HAC and latterly Spencer HC. I have coached both rugby (Rosslyn Park RFC) and cricket (Spencer CC) at junior levels and watch lots of rugby (Bath fan since school/ current sponsors of the Tigers)We live in the Vale of Belvoir, Leicestershire but I work across all group offices including London, Leicester, Birmingham, Manchester & Newmarket.

The group consists of three superb higher education college campus' Stephenson, Brooksby and Melton with the latter two being extremely local to me.
