Managing the Prometheus Group Professional Services team, responsible for the delivery of Support, Consultancy and Project Management services within the EMEA region with quarterly financial targets.

Responsible for the delivery of Functional Consultancy and end user training of the Prometheus Group and Standard SAP Plant Maintenance solutions. Also responsible for the Sales Engineering deliverable of leading ad hoc customer facing solution demonstrations and annual PG User Conference/Roadshows in the EMEA region.

12 month contract position delivering SAP Plant Maintenance functional consultancy at the JD Wetherspoon head office.

Key achievements: •SAP Business All-In-One (BAIO) implementation at national food manufacturer (Dunninghams). Responsible for delivering the MM module -configuration deltas, master data migration, unit testing, coordinating UAT & end user training.•Tango Group implementation of SAP SOLMAN 7.1 – responsible for configuration and testing activities.•Business analysis & solution design for national agri-nutrients firm (Ballance) – customer master data creation automation •Project management responsibility for implementation of SAP Fiori functionality at both Ballance and Christchurch City Council. •Tango Group lead in SAP Ariba partner enablement - responsible for attending SAP partner enablement sessions in Australia and building a Tango Group Ariba practice.•SAP PM test script design and unit testing for the Ballance SAP upgrade project.•Lead role in providing a complex RFP response document and presentation for the implementation of SAP PM at a leading NZ-based pharmaceuticals company (Douglas).•Providing advice on the SAP Linear Asset Management functionality to the NZ Government SAP User Group in Wellington.Main responsibilities:•As a functional consultant within the Tango Group I was responsible for SAP project implementation, SAP enhancement and BAU support delivery. As part of these processes I took ownership of the functional design documentation and implementation of the end solution. •In order to remain on top of latest SAP developments I sought continuous improvement in product knowledge and expansion of skills into other SAP products or functionality such as LAM, Fiori and Ariba. I lead customer-focused presales opportunities and proactively sought out new opportunities for the Tango Group.•As team lead for the SAP Business Services functional consultancy team, I fulfilled a number of roles, including liaison between staff and senior management and co-ordination of activities to support continuous improvement of the Business Services team.

Achievements and responsibilities: •SAP Plant Maintenance Consultant for E.ON IT responsible for both UK and other European business unit support (began as a trainee position progressing to PM consultant within ten months)•Ensuring adherence to incident, problem, service and change management processes.•Responsible for PM end user support.•Executing system maintenance (including bug fixing, testing and implementation).•Providing analysis, coordinating and delivering enhancements and seeking to optimise the various supported SAP systems.•Working closely with a team of consultants both in the UK and other European business units responsible for the support of other SAP modules that PM interfaces with (MM, PS, SD, and FICO) and responsible for assessing/coordinating any requirement for external consultancy resource particularly for ABAP requirements.•Team member within various change projects in a PM consultancy capacity.•Successful implementation of PM as part of the E.ON group wide SAP Project ‘GLOBE’ for the UK and Swedish businesses. Based in Coventry, UK and Malmö, Sweden (April 2010 – Sept 2011). Successfully completing tasks and objectives in the ‘analyse’, ‘design’, ‘test’ and ‘deploy’ phases and responsible for completing the full Plant Maintenance configuration during ‘build’ for both business units.

Achievements and responsibilities: •Client facing account management position for the Momentum Pictures and Buena Vista (Disney) Studios. •Primary responsibilities were to manage the new release, promotional campaign and daily SAP sales order creation process, including monitoring blocked IDOCS, warehouse processing and despatch through to customer billing.•Part of the project team for the successful implementation of the Buena Vista/Technicolor SAP SD, MM and FI project based in Paris, Rugby and Oslo (Oct 2004 - April 2005) and becoming the SD Super User for the UK business.
