I am an independent scholar of the New Testament with a particular interest in the Jewish context of emerging Christianity, and how the multi-faceted Judaism of the Second Temple period developed into the two distinct, but still related, religions of (rabbinic) Judaism and Christianity. I have a B. A. (Hons) in Theology from the London School of Theology, Middlesex University (2006), and a Ph. D. in New Testament Studies from Bangor University, North Wales (2011). I taught undergraduate modules in biblical Greek at Bangor University (2006-2012), and worked as a postgraduate tutor in biblical interpretation at the University of Wales Trinity Saint David (2012-2013). I provide freelance academic services, such as research, writing, editing, and private tuition.
