Drive the strategic direction of career management services for students in the Full-Time, Evening and Weekend MBA Programs, as well as alumni in the Americas. Lead team of 13 career coaches providing design, development, and delivery of innovative student and alumni career management solutions, including individual and group assessment and coaching, a full suite of career research tools, and a robust virtual curriculum for career education and skill development. Collaborate closely with internal, cross-team and Booth partners to share strategic priorities and identify and leverage programmatic and operational synergies. Oversee partnerships with industry, regional, and/or functional student groups to assist in planning and delivering career-management related programming.

Provide strategic direction, leadership and day-to-day management of a highly talented team of 10 career professionals spanning coaching, research, and operational domains to provide career support for 1100 full time MBA students. Lead development of innovative, modular career education and skill-building curriculum aligned with competency-based learning outcomes, including 50+ custom programs, virtual self-directed tools and pre-matriculation prep. Conceived and drove strategic initiative to advocate for and support students conducting unique specialized searches, comprising ~60% of current student career goals, including targeted messaging, programs and resources. Chartered team evaluating various ed-technologies and building an online learning system and interactive tools and resources for skill building and summer preparation. Class of 2020 achieved 100% engagement. Coach hundreds of high-achieving students annually on all aspects of job search, career decisions and successful resolution of complex scenarios; manage and facilitate dozens of experiential programs, panels, and small group sessions.

Coach high-performing full time MBA students on career strategies, design and facilitate programs and events that teach best practice job search tactics, provide individual skill development in areas such as defining a unique value proposition and brand, creating high impact resumes, successful behavior-based interviews, and evaluating/negotiating offers. Created and executed start up service delivery model for Executive and Evening MBA candidates, reaching over 80% of constituents within the first year. Developed, marketed and implemented customized tracks to meet student needs, including individual coaching and programming for internal advancement, career changers, and active seekers. Designed and facilitated robust 12.5 hour career development workshop, including career change strategy and search tactics, and integrating marketing and interview preparation deliverables.
