My experience in the field of Leadership as a Program Director for Sonography has allowed me to develop great interpersonal skills. Working in education and teaching healthcare is the perfect marriage of the two fields and helped me gain insight and understanding into what it takes to grow these specialized healthcare workers. I gained skills in recruitment, oral and written presentations, marketing, mentoring, and accreditation. That's not all I've been up to though! I have also owned a business that I did webpage design, sales, marketing, recruitment, client management, training, and hiring. I won't be out hustled and guarantee I'll do it with a smile.
