As the SVP, Head of HR & Operations at Sandbox, I implemented a new HRIS (ADP) as well as Greenhouse, a new applicant tracking system (ATS). In my previous roles as the Head of HR, I have gained valuable experience in human resources leadership, talent management, coaching, career development, talent integration, recruiting, talent acquisition, onboarding & offboarding, training & development, workforce planning, diversity & inclusion, employee engagement, career development, training facilitation, employee programs & processes development, employee relations, employee retention, culture contributor, internal champion, benefits & compensation, internal investigations, legal/regulatory understanding, and policy guidance.
