I am currently honored to serve as Director of Engineering at DigitalOcean, where I lead the engineering team behind the DigitalOcean Kubernetes (DOKS) product. In my role I collaborate with Product Managers, Sales Leadership, Engineers, Designers, Customer Service Managers, and the Support Team. Founder and CEO of The App Pros, LLC. Grew the company year over year. Managed the day-to-day business operations and long-range strategy of the company. Responsible for sales and marketing activities. As a Xamarin Authorized Consulting Partner, The App Pros develops, markets and sells mobile apps for a variety of devices such as iPhone/iPad and Android phones and tablets, develops custom software, and provides consulting services. I was responsible for all sales and architecting the software solutions. The company was selected as a finalist for the Chamber of Commerce’s 2014 small business of the year award.In January 2015, we were bought out by one of our customers, American Products, LLC. The App Pros was merged with two others companies, DustShield which manufactures plastic computer enclosures, and Phoenix Kiosk which manufactures interactive kiosks. The three companies were combined to form Interactive Dynamics with the mission of enabling entrepreneurial-minded leaders to transform their ideas into innovative technology solutions. As president of Interactive Dynamics, I set the vision and direction of the company and oversee all operations. In 2016, Interactive Dynamics was honored to win the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce’s annual Small Business Award.
