About Jody Dilday

Philanthropy Concierge. Charitable Giving Advisor. Specializing in facilitating deeply rewarding philanthropic experiences for individuals, families and corporations. My 20+ year career in nonprofit social services has included roles in case management, marketing & communications, fundraising/development, and executive leadership. For ten years, I served as the Executive Director of the Single Parent Scholarship Fund of Northwest Arkansas, leading the organization through a period of transformational growth which culminated with the Pathway to Prosperity - a successful campaign to create a $3 million endowment. In my current role with Arkansas Community Foundation, I describe myself as a “Philanthropy Concierge” - a position which involves understanding the vast and varied needs in our community, recognizing how each nonprofit organization is uniquely positioned to address community needs, and serving as a matchmaker to connect generous individuals to the causes that they care about. As a 21/64 Certified Advisor, I invest time getting to know each donor/funder personally to understand their motivational values and legacy goals in order to facilitate deeply rewarding charitable giving experiences. Specialties: values driven charitable advising, #SmartGiving, legacy planning, strategic gifts, major gift fundraising, capital campaigns, program design, implementation and evaluation, grant-writing and grant management, board development, utilizing social media strategies for community and volunteer engagement, and writing in a variety of styles including grants, website content, and media releases.
