Provide training and guides for the tool and assist with the available training and education options both internally and externally.• Chair the CSI committee and oversee various initiatives• Skills development facilitator • Compiling presentations for quarterly reviews and other ad hoc requirements by the business • Implemented a new Employee Wellness Program.• Responsible for recruitment across the subsidiary and managing this process end-to-end• Meeting with all the relevant Line Managers both locally and those abroad when they are in country to evaluate recruitment needs, discuss any potential risks and identifying high potentials. • Talent attraction, opening requisitions, advertising jobs, liaising with agencies and closing off offers in the system.• Providing relevant stakeholders with regular updates on the process• Training Managers on the hiring process and interview techniques where applicable• Involved in Ad hoc recruitment projects within EMEA• Oversee admin and operations even though the function does not report directly into me. Ensure processes are aligned, onboarding is taking place, policies are updated where applicable etc. • Ensure that the employee database is kept up to date at all times• Oversee admin function for one other subsidiary
