  I came to work at UKSA as I believed the work would be incredibly interesting and varied. I wanted to work in an environment that was both challenging and exciting. I wasn't wrong!I have had 3 different roles here starting as PA to the CEO where I managed his complicated diary and coordinated all his meetings including; - Ministerial and Senior Stakeholder company members eg CEOs, Director Generals and Chair Persons, Foreign Embassies, and other Government Department Directors. And of course all other PA duties to anticipate glitches to ensure his day runs smoothly. I then worked as Performance and Planning Officer where I commissioned and collated briefings and papers for Executive and Steering Board meetings, attending meetings and acting as Secretariat, writing up minutes and monitoring progress of actions. In this role I also collated data for the executive risk register and KPI and PI dashboard, creating graphs and tables that highlighted to the board areas of focus. I was also responsible for compiling the 2019 Annual report. This entailed gathering data from all corners of the Agency, liaising with printers, and Parliament Office to ensure we met legal requirements. I commissioned all content including news and pictures, data, tables, accounts, biogs, CEO forward and other key information which was vital to production of this document, all during the early Covid-19 outbreak. Despite the challenges this brought about, I laid the document in Parliament on timeCurrently, I am working in the Landscape Review Team leading communications across the Agency to keep everyone informed of progress and key milestones. This includes writing a weekly bulletin and management of the internal SharePoint pages that are the go-to place for staff to get information about this huge project.
