I manage the design and build of all emails through to reporting on progress, success and recommending improvements to campaigns. In addition I liaise with internal and external stakeholders, manage agency relationships and manage email creative development in house.Email• Plan and oversee all of Notcutts email marketing campaigns.• Design and build responsive HTML emails correctly and on time• Produce regular analysis of email campaigns and ongoing reports.• Provide updates on ROI’s, key metrics and trends.• Have good understanding of ECRM and working with email ESPs.• Good knowledge of best practice regarding email design for optimum inbox delivery.• Good knowledge of opt in requirements.• Good understanding of email marketing principles / best practice.• Understand how to use email templates and brand guidelines.• Good knowledge of A/B multivariate testing and content rendering.• Good knowledge of trigger campaigns and dynamic content.• Build customer surveys (NPS) and collate results for customer service team and wider stakeholders.• Produce follow-up emails for bespoke activities (competitions, etc).Design• Manage the design and build of weekly email programme.• Manage all assets internally and design emails to agreed schedule.• Good knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, etc for building email campaigns.• Good copywriting skills and attention to detail.CRM• Good knowledge of CRM practices and segmentation techniques.• Good experience of developing full ECRM programmes such as welcome, cross sell, upsell emails.• Proven experience of delivering YOY growth from existing customer base via ECRM programs.
