CurrentI started coaching in 1991, driven by a passion for supporting others in achieving their innate potential. My personal journey in becoming the best coach I can be, has involved studies in Educational Psychology, Athletic Training and Conditioning, Vipassana Meditation, Yoga, Fluid Motion, Ecotherapy, Emotional Intelligence and most recently Mindfulness at UC San Diego, School of Medicine.Presently, I am best described as a Performance Coach, Agent for Mindfulness and Game Changer who uses golf as the training ground to support people in achieving their personal best. In 1998 I began teaching yoga and meditation and in 2000, I founded Jody Jackson Golf on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada. At present, I am completing my certification in mPEAK (Mindfulness Coach) and offering a 8-week online "Mindfulness for Peak Performance" program.
