I'm excited to lead the team at Culturora, a Pittsburgh-based software company that offers a conversation marketplace where company employees can accelerate internal knowledge share for greater productivity and connection to company culture.Prior to co-founding Culturora, I was a Senior Product Manager at UPMC Enterprises. My team's experience yielded valuable people insights, and my time leading teams during the pandemic really highlighted the importance of hybrid and remote engagement strategies. Previously, I'd spent the bulk of my career in finance as a sell-side credit analyst at Jefferies, an investment banker at Citi and a rating agency analyst at FitchRatings. I use my financial expertise to inform our technology building in order to prioritize value and cost efficiency that we can, in turn, share with our customers.I'm passionate about culture globally and have traveled across Europe, Asia, Africa, and South America, and most of the U.S. My top 3 favorite trips have been New Zealand, Norway, and Antarctica (Bhutan almost makes the list!). But my most rewarding global experiences were volunteering to teach financial management to hospital and clinic administrators in D.R. Congo, Zimbabwe, Ghana, Mozambique, and Liberia. I received her MBA from Carnegie Mellon University, MPA from NYU, and BA in Biophysics from Johns Hopkins University. I've also had the pleasure of serving as Secretary and President of the CFA Society of Pittsburgh’s Board.
