My journey in real estate began in 2005 as a new licensee. Seeking a career and company that would allow me to build not only financial health but also build people, I discovered that the EXIT System was the perfect fit. The quality one-on-one teaching and guidance that I received from EXIT in those very early, informative years as a “rookie sales agent” proved to be priceless. I spent years deepening my knowledge of real estate law, practice and representation. Always focused on helping people reach their goals, I went on to expand my role in the industry to mentoring new and existing licensees as Director of Training and Communications at EXIT Allstar Realty in Mobile, AL. Through effective leadership and commitment to building solid relationships, EXIT Allstar’s community outreach continues to flourish in both Mobile and Baldwin County, AL. Having become an integral part of management operations at EXIT Allstar, I embraced the opportunity in 2017 to spearhead the expansion of Allstar’s presence in the Baldwin County Marketplace. As Qualifying Broker of EXIT Allstar Gulf Coast Realty, I continue to serve and support the most valuable asset of any real estate company – the agent!
