I led a Six Sigma based HR Business Process Improvement initiative that reduced costs by $2.4M.I joined Accenture in 1997 to Program Manage IT Transformations for Fortune 500 clients across industries. I led Application Outsourcing and Transformation programs, and complex, multi-service Business Process Outsourcing and Application Outsourcing contracts, in one case helping my client save $104M in operating costs.As an Air Force officer, I used the Software Capability Maturity Model to assess and transform the software life cycle capabilities of IT units.
