I was raised on a Quarter Horse farm in Kansas City, Missouri, and graduated from Kansas State University with a bachelor's degree in print journalism with a concentration in equine science.I made my way to Amarillo when I landed a job at the American Quarter Horse Association. At AQHA, I combined many passions: horses, traveling, journalism, marketing, photography, videography and digital marketing.Stepping it up a notch in the digital realm, I moved to Expio Digital Marketing in 2019, where I work with an incredible and talented team to assist companies of all types reach their business goals and expand their online presence.I'm honored to be a board member of the American Advertising Federation Amarillo chapter as well as Texas State Representative of AAF District 10. I'm heavily involved in serving: Trinity Fellowship Church, the Ronald McDonald House, Martha's Home, Convention and Visitor's Council, Sunshine For Charlotte, March of Dimes, High Plains Food Bank, Harrington Cancer and Health Foundation and the Nutcracker Ball.I'm married to a fun-loving scientist. We have identical twin boys who play golf.In our spare time, our family enjoys camping, biking, riding horses, sports, movies, music and church activities. In the Fall, I'm obsessed with K-State football. I love to compete in horse shows, read, sew, play guitar and sing.
